We do not guarantee sales volume, as performance depends on market demand, pricing, and channel conditions.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • As stated, Skyline may pay 100% in advance for approved inventory
  • All pricing must comply with agreed MAP/MSRP policies, if applicable

Failure to comply with pricing policies may result in termination of partnership.

5. Shipping & Logistics

  • Suppliers are responsible for shipping goods to our designated warehouses unless otherwise agreed
  • Skyline manages downstream logistics, including fulfillment to marketplaces and retailers
  • Risk of loss transfers as defined in agreed shipping terms (e.g., FOB origin)

6. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, product images, and brand materials provided remain the property of the respective brand owners.

By partnering with us, you grant Skyline a non-exclusive license to:

  • Use your brand assets for listing, marketing, and advertising
  • Modify content for marketplace optimization

7. Marketplace Distribution

Skyline distributes products across multiple channels (e.g., Amazon, Walmart, retail partners). While we follow brand guidelines:

  • We do not control third-party platform policies
  • We are not liable for platform-specific suspensions, restrictions, or listing changes

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by U.S. law:

  • Skyline shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the most recent transaction
